Let us tell you a story about Gina and Sylvain. This was their second home, they had done well in their careers and moving to a great street in Dollard-des-Ormeaux was on their list! The house that they chose fit their needs perfectly. It sat on a nice big lot at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac, it was large enough for their young family, and it even had a great kiddie park nearby for their growing children. They knew they had hit the nail on the head with this awesome home. There was plenty of space inside and out and it was in such a great location too.

As time went on, as kids grew older and spread out more, Sylvain and Gina started to feel that their home, big as it was, was starting to feel a little bit cramped. It seemed like more space was needed, but none of the family members wanted to leave this amazing home. After all, this neighbourhood was where they belonged.

To be able to stay in the home they loved AND have it fit their needs, they decided to build an extension to the home. This new addition was amazing and changed their lives for the better! Now there were more bedrooms, more natural light, a whole lot of extra space and even a great reading nook to add some flair! They went from a slightly cramped home feeling a bit too close together, to now having a free-flowing environment for everybody.

Now the time has come for our happy homeowners to downsize. The next stage of their life is beginning and they want nothing more than to give another family the chance to live their next chapter in this awesome home and continue to make amazing memories.
